GINGER SPICE PREGNANCY TONIC

GINGER SPICE PREGNANCY TONIC

Featuring Pregnancy Tea
Serves - 2 large glasses
Prep time 20-25 min ( excluding freezer set time )

INGREDIENTS
2 cups Ginger kombucha, low sugar version ( decrease for smaller glass serving size )
1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp Flourish Tea Pregnancy Tea Blend + 2 cups hot water 
1/2 Tbsp Raw apple cider vinegar ( decrease for a less spicy taste )
5 - 6 drops Monk fruit concentrate ( adjust to your desired sweetness )
1-2 large Cucumbers ( sliced into ribbons )

INFUSED SALT RUB - (optional)
1-2 Tbsp Honey
1-2 tsp Celtic salt
3-4 Tbsp Erythritol ( or preferred natural granulated sweetener )
1-2 tsp Ginger powder
1-2 tsp Turmeric powder
Mix all ingredients together, excluding honey. Set aside

INFUSED ICE CUBES - (optional)
2-3 cups Filtered water ( adjust to required ice cube mould size )
1/3 cup Finely grated fresh ginger
1/3 cup Finely grated fresh turmeric ( gloves recommended if avoiding stained hands )
Mix all ingredients & freeze

METHOD
1 - Steep Flourish Tea Pregnancy Tea Blend & hot water for about 5-10min. Drain & set aside your tea shot.
2 - Gently glide honey around the top of each glass. 
3 - Delicately press infused salt rub against the honey.
4 - Carefully place the desired amount of prepared cucumber ribbons into each glass. Set aside
5 - Mix together all of the liquid ingredients to create your tonic.
6 - Carefully place desired amount of prepared infused ice cubes into each glass.
7 - Gently add the tonic mixture, garnishing with optional extra cucumber ribbons.
