Our Pregnancy Tea has been mindfully blended to nourish you emotionally and physically through your pregnancy, helping you feel prepared for birth and beyond.

We’ve included Red Raspberry Leaf and Shatavari a dream-team for toning up your uterus, along with a gorgeous mix of complementary herbs found to be helpful in preparation for breast milk production.

Suitable to start drinking from the second trimester.

We only use the highest quality certified organic herbs. These herbs have been used for generations to support mothers before, during, and after pregnancy. The quality of our herbs enhances their reported therapeutic value and ensures a delicious tea you'll look forward to drinking.

Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Shatavari, Ginger, Spearmint, Chamomile, Sweet Orange Peel, Rose.

Traditional herbs that support the strength and tone of the uterine muscles and pelvic floor whilst encouraging better iron levels.

Drinking Raspberry Leaf daily in the second and third trimester is reported to shorten the length of active labour due to Raspberry Leaf toning the uterine muscle fibres in preparation for birth.

One heaped teaspoon per cup

How long?
If you like your tea robust (like us!) brew for about ten minutes. If you prefer your tea a little more low-key, let it brew for five minutes or so. Our herbs are of such high quality that you’ll be able to use them again for a second cup – so don’t throw them out after the first brew!

For the serious tea drinkers -
To get the most from your tea, brew overnight and drink chilled during the day. The longer brewing time lets you in on even more of the herbs’ health benefits!
